Purchase Order Terms & Conditions All aircraft-related material supplied under this Purchase Order shall conform to the applicable manufacturer’s specifications, approved data, and all FAA, EASA, and/or other applicable airworthiness and regulatory requirements as required by Buyer and Buyer’s customer contracts. All aircraft parts must be new, authentic, and fully traceable to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an FAA/EASA-approved source. The supply of counterfeit parts, suspect unapproved parts (SUPs), or parts from non-approved sources is strictly prohibited. Each aircraft material shipment shall be accompanied by complete and legible documentation, including Certificates of Conformance and applicable airworthiness approvals (e.g., FAA Form 8130-3 and/or EASA Form 1, when required), clearly referencing this Purchase Order number. Buyer reserves the right to inspect and reject any material that does not conform to the requirements of this Purchase Order, applicable regulations, or approved data. Nonconforming material may be returned at Supplier’s expense. No repair, rework, substitution, or deviation is permitted without prior written approval from Buyer. Supplier shall maintain all quality and traceability records related to this Purchase Order for a minimum of 10 years and shall provide Buyer, Buyer’s customer, and applicable regulatory authorities with the right of access to applicable records, facilities, and material, upon reasonable notice. Supplier shall flow down all applicable requirements of this Purchase Order to its sub- tier suppliers. Unless otherwise specified, delivery shall be FOB Destination. Title and risk of loss shall not pass to Buyer until delivery of the material to Buyer’s designated location.
